Just another we buy cars and sell you $h*t
Great service when it comes to selling you a vehicle, unfortunately that quickly change when the vehicle brakes down. I bought a vehicle from them 8 months ago, did very little mileage on the vehicle and now have a gearbox failure costing around R 165 000. After inspecting the service history, I found out that the vehicle had numerous issues including the gearbox. I offered to repair the vehicle and asked if getWorth would buy it back from me, they refused, probably because they well know that they sold me a defective vehicle. Be very careful spending your hard-earned cash with this company, when things go wrong, they will offer you no assistance.

Our 30-day promise guarantees that we will resolve any electrical or mechanical issues that may occur within 30 days or 3000km after purchase. Unfortunately, you bought the vehicle from us 8 months ago, in working order.
We offered to purchase the vehicle back from you at a market-related price, which you refused. The gearbox was replaced with a new one in 2018 and we unfortunately cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues that occurred thereafter.

Thank you for offering me R 50 000 less than the purchasing price 8 months ago , if I did not have to pay R 65 000 to fix the defective gear box then I would probably have taken it . Unfortunately I had to decline because after paying the bank I would have been R 115 000 down after 8 months...
Point is you can only guarantee your cars for 30 days as you have become a typical 2nd hand car dealership , great marketing skills and the know how on technology to make your self look good.
Folks be carefully of GetWorth , rather go and spend your money at a repeatable franchised dealership , they don't take short cuts and at least you will be assured to buy a car that has been tested and the history properly research. OR take the chance and make a very expensive mistake like I did and go with GetWorth.
