Ignored After Reporting Corrosion and Defects on My Vehicle

I purchased a Suzuki Baleno 1.5 GL from GetWorth in November 2025. Within just two weeks of ownership, I noticed corrosion between the right tail light and the boot strip — something completely unacceptable on a “Platinum‑graded” vehicle. In addition, there is a slight rattle by the front passenger‑side door panel problems that should never have been present on a vehicle sold as premium quality. After sending multiple emails to Warren with no feedback, I decided to drive to the branch myself to raise my concerns in person. When I arrived, Warren was too busy to leave his desk to speak with me or listen to my concerns as a customer. Only after this did GetWorth schedule an appointment for me at Wheel Fix‑It on 22 December at 9:30am. When I arrived at Wheel Fix‑It, no one was expecting me. Nevertheless, the assessment was carried out and a quotation was sent to GetWorth the same day. Since then, I have received no feedback, no update, and no commitment from the dealership. I feel completely ignored as a customer. After paying cash for this vehicle, I expected accountability and proper after‑sales support. Instead, I have been left chasing answers on my own while the defects remain unresolved.

GetWorth’s lack of communication and failure to act on clear defects shows disregard for their customers. I feel ignored as a customer, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with their service.

Reviewer Update
Dear GetWorth Team,
Thank you for your response and for escalating my review to the department head.
I would like to highlight that the after‑sales manager authorized the work to be done, yet I was not informed of this decision directly. I only became aware of the authorization after following up myself, when your sales representative informed me. This lack of communication is concerning.
Furthermore, I am dissatisfied with the fact that I now have to make alternative arrangements for mobility while my vehicle is being attended to. I believe it is important to understand how GetWorth normally assists customers in such situations, and I kindly request that you advise me on the standard process you follow to support clients who are left without transport during after‑sales work.
I look forward to your clarification and a resolution that reflects the value you place on your customers.
Kind regards,
Mr. Solomons
