Happy customer - excellent service delivery!
It was my second time selling a car to getWorth. The offer I received was fair from the start, even before they did the assessment, and way better than what I was offered by one of their competitors. This time around they even did a background check which gave me comfort in case I want to buy a car from them in the future, that I will not buy a lemon / clunker as proper due diligence is done even before the car is assessed.
The inspection went well and I was talked through the reasons for adjusting the final offer amount. The adjustment was also not that much, the final offer was still a great offer! The agent I dealt with was Andre Jansen Van Rensburg. Thank you Andre for excellent customer service. I will gladly recommend getWorth to anyone looking for a reliable company to buy from or sell their car to.
