getWorth's Brand Promise are Lies

Same as other post here with title "problems since purchase". And YES they DO buy and sell vehicles that was accident damaged. My experience is very similar. Sales is quick and fast, however when you start picking up things, they drag their feet. I purchased this vehicle on their promise of not buying accident damaged vehicles. picked up things the very next day at home, and informed them. The quickly took it back, but never properly fixed it. I've been struggling since September 2025 to get this sorted - accident damage they refuse to properly resolve, including paint work, suspension - and they wanted me to pay for purchasing the use an accident damaged vehicle (where they promised they don't sell such, and I did not know it was, I found out later). They are ignoring my emails now, and I had to resort to report them at the Ombudsman (MIOSA) as they are ignoring my communication now and in breach of the CPA. To me their reputation is tarnished as their brand promise are lies. Unless they can show up here, and resolve this dispute. I will make it known on any platform I can, for people to avoid this company. I will not rest until my rights are adhered to here. This is a serious violation, and I will go to court if I have to, and report this story so all can be aware of you. This I promise you!

Hi Mortimer,

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to clarify a few factual points for context. The vehicle concerned is a 2015 Volkswagen Golf VII GTI 2.0 TSI DSG, a high-performance vehicle with age- and mileage-related considerations, all of which were discussed at the time of sale. The vehicle was not a accident damaged vehicle in the sense of having any structural or safety-related damage. The matters raised related to minor cosmetic incident-related items only, on the bumper with no impact on structural integrity or roadworthiness.
Following your concerns, the vehicle was returned and attended to. To ensure transparency and goodwill, the vehicle was corrected and independently assessed by two separate workshops, both of which confirmed that it is safe for use. We even supp**** a loan car to you while your concerns were being addressed.

You were also offered the option of a CPA-aligned buyback. This option was not proceeded with, as the vehicle continued to be used and accumulated additional mileage, which materially affects the buyback position.
We have acted in good faith throughout and remain committed to fair, lawful, and transparent dealings.
Kind regards,
The getWorth Team
