Terrible experience. Went to test drive the vehicle. Told to apply on their site. Went trough the process, and then told after my finance application was approved that the vehicle has been sold and that I should look for another vehicle on their site. This company cares absolutely zero for customers.

We appreciate that you are frustrated but we feel this review is undeserved as our interactions with all of our clients are fully transparent and we were in constant communication with you during your application process.
As per our company policy, only a holding deposit will reserve a vehicle. You were offered the opportunity to pay a holding deposit however you declined this option.
Our organisation operates predominantly on a national scale as an online dealership.
The vehicle in question received multiple online applications and as no holding deposit was paid we are unable to prejudice the purchasing opportunity for our other clients.
We hope that you would understand our standpoint on this matter.
