GetWorth wow!

Just Wow! I was sitting in their beautiful customer lounge, being served a very delicious cappuccino from their in-house barista, while mindlessly viewing their promo screen and waiting for my assessment to be done. While staring at the screen I saw multiple customer testimonials, all glowing, and I thought to myself how nice it would be if they lived up to all that. Sadly, my customer experience from various South African companies is severely lacking so I didn’t hold out too much hope. But boy was I pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in the door I was received by an amazing team of people who literally only wanted me to have a great experience with them. It was obvious that they have curated a very healthy and happy work ethic and environment, and that this has spilled over into how we get made to feel as their customers. Friendly, smiling and polite staff who went out of their way to make my day. I’ve never had such a seamless experience selling a car and I really did GetWorth for it so thank you so much to all of the team in Cape Town who made that amazing experience possible and to the overall GetWorth company….this is how a customer should be feeling after an experience.
