My wife and I are always bad luck when it comes to customer service in Cape Town, whether it is at our local Pick n Pay or upgrading our cellular contracts. We went to visit Getworth to look for a SUV to purchase seeing that our kids are getting bigger, we needed a bigger car from our Polo Vivo. We made an appointment to see the salesman JP Visser for the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted by numerous friendly staff and got offered lovely coffee and were seated in their lounge area while we waited for JP. We went on the test drive and within the next week we realized that the final installment amount was out of our budget. After looking at an affordable sedan we proceeded with the sale. Within one week, we took delivery of our new second hand car . What was really surprisingly refreshing was the service we received, not only from our salesman which did a phenomenal job, but also the staff in general as well as Erica, the finance lady. We were at all times treated as if we were their only client. I want to give a warm heartfelt thank you to JP, Erica and all the staff at Getworth for their sterling customer service. Not forgetting Gerald for the amazing professionalism for evaluating our Polo and for giving us a price was unmatched. We strongly encourage all potential clients to not hesitate to make use of Getworth, they are truly an amazing bunch of people who not just sell, but care as well.
