The reception is fantastic. You are greeted with warm and friendly smiles. My allocated Sales Executive was Bianca. I have documented the full experience which I will share with management, but in summary, I am satisfied with my purchase. Such a beautiful car, however the experience of getting the vehicle was not that great. I was first declined for vehicle finance, I disputed and resubmitted my application and was then approved. Bianca did not deal with this experience satisfactorily. She lacked empathy in dealing with my specific situation, treated me like a rejected kid, all because another applicant also app**** for the vehicle (which too ended up declined for the vehicle). I expected better communication from Bianca when I asked for her to call me and expected her to do her very best to adjust the offer (not even materially) on the vehicle so that I would indeed have been approved based on a suitable deal structure for me. However, everything worked out in the end, Bianca's lack of empathy regarding the finance situation did not last long and her friendly tone and professional nature kicked back in once I took delivery of the vehicle. This specific purchase was both exciting and stressful for me and wished that Bianca made it a little easier at a specific point in the entire process. Despite my dissatisfaction with this part of the process, I left the dealership satisfied and at the least received a warm and friendly delivery service from Bianca. I do recommend getWorth, like any business, there will be the odd fault, but their product is unique.
