Disclaimer: this is my first experience with any dealership and my first vehicle purchase, but what I can say follows...

Great service and car from getWorth, the car is super and well cared and sought out by them. I appreciate their eye for good buys. I've had the car for a while now, and happy that it holds up and can vouch for their after sales service.

The 5 stars goes to Jaydee Jansen (getWorth Richmond sales person) and Clint Johnson (getWorth After-sales controller in Capetown). There was a lot of unexpected paperwork and admin to handle during the purchase process, but Jaydee assisted along the way and some of the things were quickly sorted out. There was also a problem with the car after I bought it - I took it for a diagnostic test and quotation and e-mailed Clint about it. I was a bit worried of the cost to repair, but Clint dealt with it and the matter was settled after a week of back and forth.

The professional look is a bonus for the company, I was impressed when I went to visit onsite. I appreciate their efficient, friendly and helpful service, in person and per email. I would recommend them.
