Four Months Later and Still No Resolution

I am updating my previous review because despite getWorth publicly responding that they would contact me and resolve the matter via email, that never happened.

My issues with getWorth started before I even received the vehicle. I repeatedly requested documentation in advance so that I could properly review everything before signing. This never happened. I later learned that documents had apparently been sent to the wrong email address, despite the dealership communicating with me on my correct email address throughout the transaction.

I queried additional costs before delivery and received no response before taking ownership of the vehicle. The OTP I reviewed did not contain the products that later appeared in my finance agreement. I requested changes to the OTP and did not sign it before delivery because those changes had not been addressed.

As a result, I was forced to review and sign documentation under significant time pressure on my phone shortly before delivery.

While I did enquire about a service plan as an option, I was never given the opportunity to properly review the final costs, documentation and finance implications before delivery.

As soon as I became aware of the true financial impact, I requested that the service plan and extended warranty be removed.

That was in April 2026.

It is now August 2026.

For more than four months I have been told:

The matter is in progress. Refunds are being processed. Refunds have been approved. The matter has been escalated. Updates will be provided.

What actually happens is that I constantly have to follow up myself. Promised updates rarely arrive unless I chase them.

Most recently I discovered through M-Sure that I apparently also had a deposit cover product. This was never discussed with me to my knowledge and I only became aware of it because M-Sure contacted me directly. When I queried it, I was simply told that I had accepted the product.

The service plan, warranty, deposit cover and refund process remain unresolved.

This has caused significant financial prejudice, unnecessary interest charges, and months of frustration.

I have now escalated the matter to MIOSA.

I am happy with the vehicle itself. My complaint is entirely about the sales process, disclosure, communication, and the complete failure to resolve an issue that should have been sorted out months ago.
