Excellent and Professional Service

On Saturday 2 October 2021 my wife and I booked a test drive at another dealership in Table View with a specific vehicle that we were interested in buying. Upon arrival at the booked time we were told that the vehicle which we had booked for the test drive was out for the weekend. We were so furious because they wasted our time and didn't even inform us that the vehicle would not be available. We left there very disappointed and decided to stop at getWorth on our way home to take a look at a vehicle that we had also seen advertised. We are so glad that we did because we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and offered tea or coffee while we waited for a consultant. A lovely lady by the name of Shamima offered to show us the vehicle while our consultant Jaydee was busy at the time. She explained that she was just helping while Jaydee was busy and that she did not know much about the vehicle. That was not a problem because her warm nature made up for that and we had already read up on the vehicle specs. So thank you Shamima. Well done and please forgive me if I spelt your name incorrect. At the end of the viewing we were introduced to Jaydee who offered to answer any further questions about the vehicle. We spoke briefly and decided to take the weekend and think about it. When we got home we decided to book a test drive for Monday morning. Poor Jaydee had a big job to get all the other cars moved to get the vehicle ready for us first thing on Monday morning. On Monday morning we were again warmly welcomed and Jaydee had the car ready for the test drive. We test drove the vehicle and we were very happy and decided to buy it with the help of a little nudge from Jaydee. Jaydee handled the deal professionally and got all the paperwork done on time without any problems. A few days later I collected the vehicle which was presented to me in a shiny mint condition even with a large bow d****d over the bonnet. Wow what a surprise. Thank you Jaydee for your professionalism. When I got home with the vehicle I heard a strange rattle coming from the right front. When I shook the vehicle it sounded like something was swinging and knocking on the exhaust or something. I immediately contacted Clint Johnson because he was the contact person for any faults on the vehicle. He immediately organised that I bring the vehicle back on the Monday morning for him to check. Before Jaydee handed the vehicle to me she did advise me that there may be a problem with the battery because they had to jump start the vehicle. She told me to monitor and let them know if I had a problem. On the Saturday morning the car would not start so I contacted Clint. Clint was really good. He went out of his way to organise another battery for me. In the meantime I tried to start the car again and it started so I contacted Clint to let him know that it seems to be fine now and that it may not be the battery. He asked me to monitor and keep him updated, which I did. Monday I took the car in for the rattle to be checked which was fixed up by Clint. He then advised me that they were having the same problem which I had with the starting of the car so after doing his diagnostic testing he discovered that the battery needed to be replaced which he immediately did. I would like to thank Clint Johnson for his outstanding customer relations and for really going the extra mile and even delivering the vehicle to my home. I really hope that Clint Johnson is appreciated by getWorth for his outstanding service in building up the company name. Thank you Clint. We appreciate everything that you have done for us.
