Disappointing sales experience
Exceedingly disappointed in the sales staff. In the process of buying a vehicle and they sold it to someone else. It is like the left hand does not know what right hand is doing.

Still lost out on a deal that was agreed and arranged and then suddenly the sales person woke up and realised a colleague had already sold the vehicle WHILE WE WERE BUSY WITH THE PAPERWORK !
