Disappointing
The dealership salesman named Khaya is so sloppy and lazy. I literally had to call him everyday just to check in on the progress. It took me almost a month to get through the buying process. After the car got delivered the temporary permit was not there and the salesman couldn’t care less. I almost got arrested and the dealership rushed me to sign the acknowledgment of the vehicle before the vehicle even arrived. I was definitely unimpressed and disappointed. The after sales team is helpful and communicates on time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced in receiving your vehicle in JHB, as unforeseen delays impacted our usual service standard.
Regarding your concerns, we strongly advise clients collecting vehicles outside the Western Cape to secure their license disk from the relevant traffic department beforehand. We provide comprehensive documentation and communicate this requirement upfront to facilitate a smoother process.
We understand the inconvenience caused when you were pulled over, and to address this, we promptly dispatched a temporary permit, granting an additional 21 days for you to obtain your license disk.
It's important to note that our policy mandates the signing of a bank delivery note before the vehicle leaves our premises, a precautionary step in private finance arrangements. This was thoroughly explained to ensure clarity and mutual protection.
We genuinely regret the challenges you experienced, and your feedback will be instrumental in refining our communication processes internally.
