Defective Vehicle

I would caution people about getWorth and think twice before doing business with them. Their sales service is really great and I was so impressed I even left a good review about it but their after sales service is pathetic and their disregard for the CPA is shocking. I bought a vehicle in July and took delivery end July beginning of August and in October it started giving issues. Contacted them to notify and advised them of the CPA and the imp**** warranty of 6 months. I spoke to and emailed a Chantelle Henning (Sales manager) who then passed my case on to a Clint Johnson who I was in constant communication with via email and watsap. From the start I advised I am open to negotiate with them so I can at least get some assistance with fixing the car. He did an excellent job an staling me, one issue after the other until I finally called in and spoke to a Lucy that claims to be a manager there and after months of waiting she too one look at my situation and said getworth is not helping me an its basically my fault that the car is broken because I upgraded the exhaust. So basically I bought a 200K car that had a busted engine and clutch and according to Lucy they take no responsibility even though the law states otherwise and now I need to spend 40k to overhaul the engine and replace the clutch and flywheel. Engineers confirmed the damage on the car was done a while back and it was just fixed to a point where it can drive again. Head was messed up and there was a crack on the block but hey its not their fault that they sold me a defective vehicle. I've been without my vehicle from end October and its December already, doing business with them has been my worst decision yet. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS.
