Continuous Car Problems
They do indeed sell lemons. Very disappointed with my purchase as ive had never ending problems over the past year and have spent almost R 65 000.00 during the one year of ownership on repairs and the car is still not fixed. You could say that I have an expensive paper weight now! I reached out to them and as i thought they would not even consider any options. After the so called checks they do, one would have thought that they would have picked up the issues at time of sale.

You purchased a 2015 Audi A3 with 91 000kms from us a year ago and we have no records or recollection of any issues being logged with our aftersales department since you took delivery of the car. In addition to our stringent screening process, we ensure every vehicle we sell goes through the necessary Roadworthy checks and processes. If there were any issues with the car around the time of sale, we would have happily assisted you through our getSeven and 30 day promise policies.
