After purchasing a vehicle from getworth i took a drive to paarl along the N1. I was driving according to the speed limits and trying to see how economical my car was on the open road. However when I came to braking I felt a severe shudder under moderate braking. I remembered getworth had offered me a 30 day mechanical guarantee over and above my manufacturer warranties on my car. On the monday after my short road trip I got in touch with the contact person Clint Johnson to claim from this guarantee. Clint facilitated a swift appointment for my vehicle to undergo repairs. He accomodated me in keeping touch via whatsapp which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Given that my wife will use the car more often than me, I was particularly vested in getting this issue resolved for her safety. I am glad to report that clint kept me informed of the time and date of my appointment, ordered me an uber when I dropped and fetched my car and kept the simple line of communication open when my car needed to stay longer than initally predicted (due to loadshedding). This is the type of aftersales service you get from very premium manufacturer retailers like BMW. I am very pleased with Clint's service and hope that getworth will cement his practices as standard operations in the aftersales services if it has not already done so.
