Beyond Bad 1st Impressions

Very disappointed in the Get Worth process for selling my car.... I submitted my application on a Monday, by the Friday I had no email and no call, absolutely nothing from them. I decided to call to find out what's happening because I want to sell, they asked for my cell number so they could check. Turns out I listed the car as 2026 and not 2021, and because of this they somehow decided not to engage with me, I ask why they didn't reach out when this was clearly a slip of the finger which could have been easily fixed over a 30 second call, but they couldn't tell me why.

The lady then advised someone will reach out to me within the hour with an offer and she would call me back to confirm I got an offer, well its 20min before their listed closing time (5pm on a Friday) and no offer, no call back and if I call I get no answer....

Very disappointed to say the least, wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

UPDATE

After GetWorth rep**** to my review and informed me that someone would reach out to me from their team, I have still had 0 feedback from them (2 business days have passed and going onto the 3rd)

What a shame.
