BAD SERVICE to say the least

I bought my car from this dealership in July 2023. They were very eager for the sale and quick to seal the deal, but when I started enquiring about a few things that came to my attention, they never responded. I contacted the salesman several times with regards to my spare key they never gave me, it was only after a few months that they arranged for master keys to make me a spare key because they could not find the original spare key. On the day when I collected the car from them, I noticed how badly the smash and grab was done, when we mentioned it to the salesman, he wasn't even bothered about it. I have been struggling for the past 10 months to date to get an answer from the Salesman Sameeg Sasman as to where the service history book of my car is as it wasn't in the car. He has not even once responded to me.

I have had enough with this bad service and when I wanted to sell the car back to them, they make me a ridiculous offer thinking they are doing me a favor. How am I supposed to keep record of services if I don't even have the service history book or do they expect me to sell my car without that important information. The manager did not even contact me once to explain or apologize and also not even the salesman. The manager asked a sales lady to phone me and explain to me that the offer they made is unfortunately the best they can, unfortunately! What's unfortunate is the fact that I thought so highly of this dealership in the first place to spend my hard-earned money on buying a car from them and what is even more sad, I paid cash for the car and not finance, to be disappointed like this and thinking they would make me a better offer seeing that they put me in this mess in the first place.

Hi Sharne

We apologize for the delay in attending to the spare key and service books. This should have been handled promptly after the sale. Our aftersales team is currently addressing this issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the offer to purchase your car, we provided a pre-inspection offer based on the information you provided.  Since we have not yet inspected the car, the missing spare key and service book were not considered in our initial offer.  Normally, these items would affect the final offer at inspection.  However, as we are responsible for these items, they would not be deducted from the pre-inspection offer.

We hope this clarifies any confusion.

Regards
The get\Worth Team
