BAD SERVICE
One star does not valuate the bad service. We bought a vehicle from Getworh. Paid cash. The payment and contract was finalised on the Wednesday. We contacted Rashid numerous times,. Always busy with a client and will phone back. This never happens! Eventually the next Monday. They will hold a meeting as the car is new stock. We might get it the Friday? Eventually after moaning and begging, we received the car on the Wednesday. The Friday the car's steering locked and we couldn't drive the vehicle. And other problems! I had to arrange for a tow truck- why I wondered? Why me? Clinton said he would phone me the Saturday, didn't happen. Monday after I don't know how many calls, I eventually got hold of the general manager Chantell. We drove to their warehouse, where they confirmed buying the vehicle back. We signed for the whole amount to be paid. Great No not great. It would have been 30 minutes. Still no payment.
Again phone and left a message. Eventually Chantelle phoned me, confirming the money will be paid. Great No not so great. Now they need somebody from the company that you by the maintenance plan from to pay a certain amount back. JUST TO CONFIRM i SIGNED A CONTRACT STATING THE FULL AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY GETWORTH? MONEY STILL NOT PAID? Honestly the worst service experienced in a long time! According to the CEO, this happens. Yes sir it does. Secret lies in how you rectify what happens! I am also the owner of various businesses. How you respond to mistakes will make you stand out!
We regret that the vehicle suffered a mechanical breakdown after taking delivery and that you no longer wish to keep the vehicle.
All vehicles are sold with getSeven (7 day / 700km) buy back guarantee for customer peace of mind which you invoked; we processed the buy back forms with you on the Monday morning 7 Feb.
The original purchase contract included an extended warranty (which is a regulated insurance product) with a third party and we needed to clarify if the provider would reimburse you directly or whether they would reimburse us. This is a compliance requirement to ensure that the same payment is not processed twice. We made two seperate payments on Monday 7 Feb - the purchase price of the car at 14h45 and the warranty refund at 15h45 - both of which should clear into your account overnight.
We accept that we need to continuously improve however feel we have acted fairly and in good faith.
We apologise again for the inconvenience this experience has caused you. We do our best to deliver high quality service and vehicles to our customers but sometimes unforseen circumstances occur and that is one of the reasons we offer getSeven with our vehicles.
Kind regards,
getWorth Team
