Bad After Sales Service

Seriously dissapointed and dissatisfied with after care service after buying an SUV in December 2020 at getWorth. I bought an SUV at getWorth in December 2020. At the time the bootrack was missing and the consultant promised that they will deliver and install it within 7 days after the sale. It is now 10 months later and I am still waiting for the bootrack. I have been send from pillar to post, promises were made every time I query about it and I am currently just sick and tired of it. I urgently need the bootrack to cover my possessions in the boot from being visible and to prevent the possibility of a smash and grab situation. After 10 months of various calls, emails, and whatsapps still no bootrack and a boot full of promises. Seriously dissapointed in getWorth.
