Amazing service from a trustworthy organisation

Amazing service from getWorth. The whole experience was really great - from the helpful staff on the floor, to the neatness and well organised layout of the cars, to the comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee. The purchase process was seamless and easy, with excellent communication from all concerned. However, the icing on top is that you can definitely trust this organisation. A little under 3 months after buying a car from them, we had a problem with the car. I raised it with their aftersales team who were very responsive, and the next day, the car had been collected by flat bed truck and taken to their workshop to be inspected. The issue with the car was a grey area - could have been considered wear and tear or existing fault - but they were good enough to honour their warranty and pay for the issue to be resolved.
