WITHHOLDING CERTIFICATES AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

The program itself is okay but not as insightful as one would expect. My issue with getsmarter is their lack of communication and professionalism. I completed my course in September and received my final grade in October. I was told it would take 8 - 10 weeks to receive my certificate but it is April now and I still have not received it.
