Unprofessional Institution

I completed my Certificate program in September 2020 and to date I have not received my certificate. When I send emails their response is - We are currently in the process of performing the necessary quality checks on these certificates. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and would never recommend getsmarter to anyone!
