UCT getsmarter won't give you your certificate

I enrolled on a course with UCT getsmarter which ended in August. I was told by UCT student advisor s that I would get a certificate delivered to me. This was reiterated again via email in October when I enquired as to when I will be getting the certificate. All of a sudden now I'm being issued with a link to view the certificate cause they are giving out Ecertificates. This is not what I agreed to if this information had been disclosed to me I would have gone with another institution. 15k to be given a link. In SA were everything needs to be attached and certified what am I supposed to do include a link on my CV??? Mind you there is no option to even download it and even of you can the Certificate states it's only valid when viewed on the websites they say we can order the certificates on the site. There is no option for ordering it and again why am I subjected to another step in onrdering this certificate were ill definitely be charged. These courses are expensive. 8 weeks R15000 and I have to order the certificate????? Or else all I'll have is a link???
