UCT GetSmarter- Not Issuing Certificate

I have registered and paid FULLY the course - UCT Financial Modelling and Analysis in February 202; since I have finished the course in April 2024; Till todate I still HAVE NOT received my certificate. This is despite my several emails i have sent to this this entity. It is about TIME UCT - SENATE , needs to come be transparent and open about their association with this Company. GETSMARTER it is clearly becoming a ****... in all aspects.. - they are not open and clear on certificate matter; - they are not clear even about the course it self.. taking our money.. just like that it is REALLY, disrespectful and CRUEL.
