TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

l have sent an email to Getsmarter 3 days ago to get a reprint for my ****** certificate and l have phoned their contact numbers *** and *** to make a follow up on my query.They transfer my calls but to my surprise,no-one is answering or getting back to me. What kind of customer service is this ? Can someone get back to me ASAP and reply to my emails please ?
