NOT SO SMART

This company is an absolute waste of time, my daughter did a UCT web design course through Get Smarter in June 2019 for 10 weeks, I was told we would receive her certificate 4-6 weeks after completion. I have been given several long stories about them waiting for UCT, I have been in touch with UCT who is supposed to issue the certificates with no joy. Get Smarter was all so keen on accepting my payment of R 15 805.00. It is my understanding I paid for a course which would supply my daughter with a certificate which could improve her chances of employment. I would imagine if they can't deliver on their promise I should be refunded in full. I see they are offering a course the same course for January 2020, I advise that you DO NOT take this course as you WILL NOT get your certificate, unless you have money to waste. In the meantime my daughter has app**** for positions with this course on her CV, all prospective employees have asked for the certificate, needless to say she is still not employed.
