Not so happy future-student

I am sure that people opting for Online Studies does this voluntarily and are therefore excited to start studies. I am super excited to start my studies which is supposed to start TODAY. I have been patiently waiting for my login details but was now told that my payment (which has been made last week already) has not yet been allocated to my account and this will only be done later today. I am doing this studies while working in a demanding environment so the success of my studies all relies on planning... and my planning will now have to change. I am not a very happy student (not on yet) at the moment and will have to rethink my future studies. I have always wanted to study through UCT on this platform.
