NOT GETTING MY CEETIFICATES FROM UCT AND www.getsmarter.com

I have finished both my online courses in Supply Chain Management as well as Imports Exports and Logisitcs. I am simply not getting my certificates. They should have been sent already a month ago and after numerous calls and emails and more calls they are simply not responding. I then had this ansswer from them with a lame excuse stating that they have to get my certificates printed with the University of Cape Town and that this is done ins batches. As could be understood this is part of my job aopplications for future positions and now this company is blocking me from applying any further. I have completed all my courses with the required marks and simply cannot see whay a company like this is unable to compete this action as it is part of what I have paid for. Frankly I am getting fedup of calling and think this is tarnishing the image of getsmarter.com. R26000 has been spent plus numerous long hours of work and I am not getting my certificates issued or posted by them.
