NEVER RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATE AFTER DOING THEIR COURCE PAID R14 500 FOR NOTHING

I did a course from Getsmarter with University of Cape Town .Accounting Science cource which was 6 weeks from 9June 2022. Which I did and completed in August When I had to receive my certificate I kept on being told they will look into it with no assistance since. From Sept 2022 up to date no Assistance nothing. I would never ever study through them ever again. They take your R14500 and **** you. I am very disappointed with their service as I did well in all 9 modules only to be told that I'll get feedback for so many months.
