GetSmarter UCT Poor Service Delivery

I commenced an online short course with GetSmarter UCT in March which ended in June 2020. To date I have not yet received my formal Certificate having passed the course and its one week away from December 2020.

Its easy to blame Covid19 for insufficiency's, I personally feel the office has had enough time to get these certificates out by now.

Poor Service Delivery and quite expensive course, the certificate is the main motivation for studying.
