GetSmarter is unprofessional and disorganized. After they received your course money, they don't bother to safely send your certificate to you.

I did the UCT Occupational Health and Safety course through the GetSmarter platform and I regret paying all that money for the course. It has been 4 months after completing the course and I have not received my certificate, no correspondence nor apology. After many phone calls and emails, the GetSmarter administrators confirmed that my certificate got lost in transit (which is not my problem) because now I am the one who has to explain to my employer that I have wasted his money on a course of which there are no certificate. A total disgrace and disappointment from GetSmarter. I do NOT recommend them.
