FALSE ADVERTISING/ WORDING ON CERTIFICATE WRONG

Hello Pieter I did a short course at Get Smarter /University Capetown online, they advertise the course as a 8 week course and i paid R10 000.00. I Studied the whole day for 8 weeks and we must do research. I studied a lot more that 56 hours. I passed the course and received a certificate but on the certificate the wording is that the course was 56 hour student short course. So i wrote to Get Smarter and the CEO SAM wrote back to me were he state that he fully agreed with me that they degrade the course and the certificate is not the amount we paid worth. He said he will come back to me with in 4 weeks to take this up with the UCT and hope to send me my new certificate. After 4 weeks i received a email to say that it may take another 4 weeks. But after that i did not received any feed back or any answers to my emails. If they can't give me what i bought then I wish for them to refund me and i will give the certificate back to them and go study at another institute. So this is why i wrote to you. Please help!!!
