DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

After completing 2 courses and having to request a re-print of my certificate 3 times, all I get is "thank you for reaching out to us...." I have sent emails and proved that I did so, I still get told we have not heard from you. All I want is a RE-PRINT, how hard is that!!!!!
