Certificate Reissue

I completed an S & M Marketing Course in 2013, they broke into our home and my certificate was ******, after numerous attempts to get a reissue, completing forms etc. I was told they are unable to find me on the system! How is this possible??!!!!! I was told in March 2017 to forward all correspondence to ********** to no avail.

I am in urgent need of a copy of my certificate, I am unable to send this through for Vacancy applications etc. and is now starting to hold me back in career growth! RIDICULOUS!
