Bad service and lack of responsiveness- never study here

It’s been a horrible experience with GetSmart, the lack of support in class and off class. It’s been two month since the course completed my marks are not fully graded. It’s difficult to get hold of staff over the phone with the emails it’s one story over and over. It’s so sad that we pay so much money to these institutions with hopes of being up skilled and educated. What we get is someone who just wants money in bag and give you poor service. Getsmart I want my results it’s been two months my boss has been waiting on these and now I seem like a **** who stole from the company.
