Bad Bad Service and after sales service. Stay away.

Hi fellow reviewers. I am here to not recommend GetSmarter as your online preference. My experience is ongoing and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Not only is the 24/7 Assistance promise ineffective and simply it doesn't work and replies are delayed up to 84 hrs. Registration is a nightmare even after payment is made and confirmation of username and password is received. The platform is run by "money first please" and then "we don't trust you" policies. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME USER. This is not an education portal by priority and as advertised. Its a money making scheme. Thank you for spending the time to consider my opinion.
