Avoid GetSmarter. The process is frustrating

The entire registration process is so badly handled. Staff are not knowledgeable or listen to issues or concerns of students. This results in billing errors and arguments even before the course is due to start. Multiple complaints to GetSmarter team leaders also does not seem to help. I would suggest all potential students to look elsewhere for a course. It is not worth the frustration.
