A prestigious experience

I have completed the PR course, paid in full since August 2024 and still waiting on my certificate. I have emailed and received a response with a electronic copy as stated but no attachment. This is definitely not acceptable as its for my work. I will think twice about using Getsmarter again. I just called the help desk but no answer.
