Worst Service

Debited for an amount of R877... Only paying for one member, previously paying R460 (for 4 months) and with increase should be R522... Called in on 27 December 2019 with guarantee from person I spoke to that the excess funds would be credited back to me. Received confirmation on 27 December 2019 that my query has been received, to date no response or feedback. Have called call centre 4 times today, been on hold from between 10mins - 25mins each time, no answer! Reading the other reviews, I am considering cancelling this service.
