WORST SERVICE

After being in a motorcycle accident a week ago, I am still waiting to hear back from this company. Just as most insurance companies, they are keen and eager to take payment from you. However, when the time comes for them to deliver on their promises, they are near impossible to contact.

I have left multiple messages, sent multiple emails and requested numerous call me backs and yet have to hear from them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. After the first and last bad experience with this company, I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I should have known the service was going to be awful when I realized that they could not even spell my surname correctly.
