Worst Medical insurance Ever!!!
Getsavvi is the worst medical scheme out there,I would advise not to join. I have endless problems with them since day 1 .I'm on the highest plan but my doctors visits do not get paid even when obtaining a authorization number yet each month they deduct there money and installment goes up.Im ever sorry I chose getbsavvi and wish I could get all my money I paid back.

Thank you for the feedback received.
Kindly note, as previously discussed with yourself your GP claims for May and July 2021 were rejected as your 3 month day to day waiting period were active at the time, as discussed this was explained at point of sale as per the call recording.
As discussed on the 31-01-2022 the GP claim dated 17-12-2021 rejected as a follow up visit as a previous claim dated 15-12-2021 was received and paid, GP consultations which are within 2 days of one another are not covered. However a motivation for the claim dated 17-12-2021 may be requested from the doctor explaining the reason behind the two consultations within 2 days in order to review the claim in question, the motivation may be sent to *** for review, there can however be no guarantee of payment.
