Why no answer?

I have researched affordable medical aids for my daughter and got to Getsavvi that seemed good at the time. She has been trying to come in contact with them for the last month, sending emails and me calling from work. However the line keeps on being dropped for some or other reason. She would like to know if there will be a medical aid card coming soon. Her commencement date is only the 1 October 2021. The debit order already was deducted and the mandate sent.
