WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE EXACTLY?

My husband was needing emergency care urgently, but the hospital won't help unless he pays and clams back? LIKE SERIOUSLY IF I COULD PAY FOR **** LIKE THIS UPFRONT I WOULDN'T BE USING YOUR USELESS SERVICE. What exactly is your point of existence, all you do is take money and do nothing in return. You have lost a customer and I will continue to tell people what a useless company/service you are.
