very bad medical
The worse medical aid ever they don't pay any bills although you pay them every month R910 for almost 2 years and the first time you need them for emergency they even give you a authority number and inform you which hospital to use that don't pay the bill of R430 and no the hospital is handing you over to the laywers and even if you phone or email them they don't care. Please stay away I cancelled all debit orders. Rather go to a statehospital and they are lying about unlimited doctors visits because they even don't pay the doctors. I have all the evidence.

We can confirm that we have located the relevant call recording dated 28/04/2019 where Authorisation was requested for the Hospital visit.
The relevant claim was received and inadvertently rejected in June 2019 as it was submitted electronically, all Hospital related claims should be submitted via email for processing. We have no record of the claim being queried by the practice or the member during 2019.
We have however agreed to have the claim resubmitted for payment as Authorisation was granted for the treatment.
Please note the claim will be processed and paid within the next two weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
