Useless GetSavvi | card waiting

I joined GetSavvi September 2019, I was told the card would be posted to me. It is now January 2020and I still haven't received any cards. I tried calling and I emailed and was told they depend in the south African post office, I then told the consultant I would pay for my card to be courier'd and he asked me for my address and I never heard from them again.

I've been paying for 4 months and I can't use the medical insurance. I am seriously thinking of canceling this policy.
