Useless

We received a lettet regarding maternal befits in 2019, i found out i was pregnant in 2020 but they are telling me there is a waiting period but I've been a member more than 2 years this is ridiculous now we must give birth at a public hospital and we must attend antenatal at a public clinic. I'm so disappointed even considering canceling and getting proper medical aid this is a complete loss all you have its just GP visit which you can pay yourself max R300 for a visit
