Unauthorised debit orders disgusting client service

I've been a member of Getsavvi health more more than a year, I still remember clearly telling the call centre agent I hate commiting to a debit order as there is always a problem....... I started having problems last year November 2016 according to getsavvi they didn't receive payment, which then did proofed by a bank statement, I had to find out in January 2017, when calling to find our when my increase will be, that my policy had been cancelled, without notifying me with NO reason has premiums where up-to-date date, I was then informed due to system upgrades or errors my policy was cancelled, What!!!!!!!! Really, what if something happed to myself or my daughter, we didn't have medical due to Getsavvi 'so negligence!!!!!!!!! All I got was... So sorry, we do apologise......... I was humiliated, I had to send bank statements to proof once again I was paid to date....... Getsavvi also don't always take debit order one due dates they take them well in advance before debit order dates, my date is for the 16th of each month, they would take debits via Naedo on the the13th of a month!!!!!! In January 2017 this is what happend again, my debit date is for the 16th of each month, getsavvi ran the debit on the 15th I wasn't paid yet, so the bank sent it back, reflecting badly on my account and record and I had to pay extra banking fees!!!!!!! Not acceptable, I then emaild and called getsavvi, they after a long!!!!! Time requested a bank statements for a a refund of R115...... Guess what I'm still waiting....... Today Getsavvi decided it was a great day to deduct R1280 from my account Why!!!!!!! Unauthorised DEBIT!!!!! They are authorised after my increase which I was not informed to only debit R640. I don't have millions so thus is a really big issue for me and totally unacceptable, especially due to the fact that I've been dealing with so many issues from Getsavvi, due to there negligence. I immediately called them today when I saw my bank statement and what they deducted, I totally wasted my time calling them, spoke to a call centre agent that way inseficient, and no help at all, was put on hold for a while, then spoke to a, I don't even have a word.... Team manager, who told me the funds needs to clear before he can do an investigation..... Really!!!!! Are you kidding me, the funds you took unauthorised, R640 more than you supposed to, he did care.. He was arrogant.... I have many words. I then told him the can cancel my policy with immediate effect, I will contact my bank and do a reversal, as it's an unauthorised debit I want nothing to do with Getsavvi, and all the people in referred I will definitely let them know what happened to me and warn them.
