THIS IS USELESS!!

I have been paying for 5 months. R550 x 5 = R2750. my husband goes to a doctor on monday as he is very sick with the flu. The doctor on the list, barely understands english, and gives him medication (not antibiotics). Today my husband goes to another doctor on the list. drives from Bellville to Brackenfell in traffic. Fever of 40. has to pay in R50 at the doctor. goes to pharmacy (dispensing pharmacy) who says no, the doctor is not on the list they cant give medication. i have been on the phone with Getsavvi for almost 1 hour. my husband waited 2 hrs for this to be sorted. then they confirm there is a problem in their back-side. What is this??? maybe someone should get off their back-side!!! Claims dep confirms the doctor may not give scripts as he is a dispensing dr. i go look on the list - he is not a dispensing dr. i tell them to sort it out. (i just did their job). get sorted. husband went home after 2 hours as he is not feeling good. i request to speak to a manager or team leader - no-one is available. i want a refund of my money as this is no use to me or my family and i have to do their job for them!! money spend on ph calls, i tell them how to do their job.
