THIEVING GETSAVVI, DISHONEST, SILLY

I have been a member of GetSavvi for five years, I always thought of the said institution to be well kept. Until December 2019, when all creditors assume that we get paid on the 13th or 15th of month. They failed to debit my account at all. So when i made a follow up i was advised that my medical insurance has been suspended due to non payment. I explained but your accounts department failed to debit my account. I was then told to make a double payment to reinstate my insurance. WHY ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE SUCH *******.
